Plays4Joy Challenge

Get in the Game.
Celebrate the Joy.

Watch it. Try it. Share it.

Every Wednesday, Plays4Joy brings people together through a weekly Challenge announced by professional, college and Team USA athletes on Instagram and TikTok. The Challenge invites you to explore a Plays4Joy, an activity that brings you joy!

Plays4Joy gives athletes a simple way to inspire kids and boost mental health through joy, play, and real-life experiences.

Everyone can take the Challenge! Try it with your teammates, classmates, friends, family or community and have fun with it. Celebrate by sharing on socials.

Added bonus, every Sunday on social media we spotlight a team, nonprofit or school in a Plays4Joy Celebrate Spotlight. Contact Us to be featured!

One challenge. One connection. One moment of joy.
