Coming to 4th grade scholars in the 2026-2027 school year. Elementary School leaders and current/alumni College, Professional and Olympic athletes complete the form below to get in the game!

In sports and life, challenges keep us going strong. Imagine kicking off 4th grade with a proactive health challenge coached by a current or alumni athlete. Encouraging in-person or video visits from your coach each month motivate and engage you + your classmates in the challenge. While only one school can win annually, everyone who participates wins in life by learning valuable proactive health lessons along with the power of being part of a team.
